Who likes Sloppy Joe’s? Well...we certainly do but with a few changes we enjoyed these WAY better! You don’t have to use the canned stuffed to make Sloppy OR Smokey Joe’s. It’s so easy to make the sauce and they are so much tastier! The smoked cheddar cheese sends these little guys over the top and are great to have for a quick weeknight supper. Or just keep the sauce on hand to use as needed....or on nachos!!!

1 small onion ~ diced
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons flour
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
