Okay...so I had some round steak in my freezer thanks to my mom. She's the queen of good deals and bargains at the grocery store so she scored some round steak for me the other day. It was up to me to cook it. So here's what I did. After browsing my pantry and coming up with some things, I threw this casserole together. It came out pretty good, I have to say. From start to finish, it took about an hour to whip together, cook and eat. That comes in handy some days. The most time consuming part, aside from the actual cooking, was cutting up the steak. I love an easy meal and this one is not only easy...but good!!
