solve that problem. You can whip this up in a matter of a few minutes
and the end result will be a luscious, slightly tart mixture of
cranberries, sugar and orange that will have you wondering why you've
never made it before now.
Homemade Cranberry Relish
1 12-ounce bag cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Put everything in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat down and simmer for about 30 minutes until the cranberries break down and mixture becomes thick.
Store in a covered container until ready to use.
This is great as a side or served on hot biscuits!
