Buffalo Chicken Pizza
1 Mama Mary's Pizza Crust ~ any kind
1 8-ounce package pre-cooked, grilled chicken breast (found near the lunch meat)
3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce ~ divided use
1 8-ounce ball of mozzarella cheese ~ grated
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese (optional but recommended for that TRUE buffalo experience)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread pizza crust with 3 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce.
Toss chicken with remaining buffalo sauce.
Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese over the pizza crust.
Arrange coated chicken over cheese on crust.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese then scatter bleu cheese crumbles over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes until crust is light brown and cheese has melted.
Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Coat the chicken with the rest of the sauce.
Sprinkle crust with 2/3 of the
mozzarella cheese then the coated chicken.
Scatter the remaining mozzarella
cheese and then the bleu cheese on top and bake!
Serve with ranch or bleu cheese
dressing and celery sticks! So yummy!
