These last few days of cool weather make me crave casseroles. We love them and they're so easy to throw together. I was able to put this together in about 30 minutes...then bake it..and it was done. It makes enough for 4 hungry people with a little leftover. I love anything ham and potato...and this was great. Really delicious!!
