There are so many recipes for these biscuits floating around
Pinterest and a few blogs...that I decided to try one. Guess what? These
are GREAT! I think Bisquick biscuits are wonderful...but these little
guys are REALLY good! The first bite I had I could detect a faint 7-Up
flavor...big surprise, huh? Anyway...if you want an easy pan of
biscuits...give these a try!
7 UP Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-up
1/4 cup melted butter
Cut sour cream into biscuit mix, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough.
Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board or table and pat dough out. Cut out biscuits using a 2 inch cutter.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan.
Place cut biscuits in pan, flip over to butter the other side.
Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown.
Makes 9 biscuits.

This really is all you need.

Combine the Bisquick
and the sour cream.

Then add the 7-Up.

Pat out the dough...about 3/4 - 1 inch thick.
Cut about 9 biscuits.

Melt the butter in the pan then
place the biscuits in the pan.
Flip them over to butter the other side.
Bake!!

Aren't they pretty?? They were yummy, too!
