Welcome to Simple Fare, Fairly Simple. This is a place for me to post recipes of all kinds...along with other miscellaneous fodder from my so-called life here in the south. Who knows what you will find here. Could be anything from my husband...known as IT Guy...to my kids and beautiful grandbabies that are growing up way too fast right before my eyes. My first attempt at Cake Pops. I thought this design looked pretty harmless and easy to do. I took my time and I thought they turned out pretty good. K helped me place the candy on top and I have to say, I think she did a GREAT job! Maybe someday, when I'm not so overwhlemed with cooking, I'll try my hand at something a little more involved. Oh yeah...and I only ate one!! Go me!!

    Those are too cute!! What kind of frosting did you use on them? It looks like a strawberry marshmallow frosting.

    I used Candy Melts. So easy! I ain't no Bakerella but they were fun to do!
