Eat. Seriously guys...it's just. That. Easy. IT Guy loved this and to
be honest...I kinda did too! I loved the ease of it most of all and
sometimes I wish all cooking could be this easy. This is a keeper,
fo'sho'!! Not much else to say except...you should make this!
Tasty Slow Cooker Country Ribs
8 bone-in country style pork ribs
1 cup ketchup
1 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic ~ minced
2 tablespoons dried, minced onion
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place ribs in the slow cooker.
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over ribs.
Cook on high for 6 - 7 hours or until ribs are tender.
