Combine everything. Stir a few times and cook. Boom. Done. Keep this recipe on hand when you don’t want to waste stove stop space cooking something like this. That’s what slow cookers are for, guys!!!
Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
36 ounces frozen corn (I used 3 12-ounce bags)
8 ounces cream cheese ~ cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoons salt ~ or to taste
Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
Stir to combine several times during the cooking process to make sure the cream cheese has melted.
