These little sandwiches are so
good! And so easy! A can of refrigerator biscuits, some deli ham and
cheese then the sauce. Or you can use just plain honey. Either one is
great! These are wonderful for a quick snack or a light lunch or an easy
dinner. Sometimes it's nice to have stuff like this on hand when you're
super busy, right? We love these and I think you will too!
Honey Ham Pockets
1 8-count package refrigerator biscuits with Flaky layers (I used Pillsbury Grands)
1 package deli cooked ham ~ 8 pieces
8 slices cheese ~ swiss, cheddar, jack, etc.

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, honey, and mustard.
Unwrap biscuits from the can and split almost in two, leaving some attached.
Open biscuit and put in one piece of folded ham, some cheese (folded or cut to fit) and then spread with some of the sauce. (Or use just plain honey, if you want.)
Seal biscuits around the filling and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and done.
Drizzle any leftover sauce or honey over the top and serve!
